How to set up Voicemail?

Note: Please make sure you have an active SIM inserted into the device before attempting to set up your Voicemail.

1. Unlock your device.

2. Press and hold the number 1 on the dial pad (voicemail icon next to the number 1 as shown on the image below)

3. Follow the prompts on setting up your voicemail. If you are asked for a PIN and this is your first time setting up your voicemail, usually the PIN is 0000 or 1111. Please contact your network provider regarding your Voicemail number if prompted to insert 1.
