What is Accidental Death Insurance?
Accidental Death Insurance provides a benefit to your beneficiary(ies) if the reason of death is caused by a covered accident.

What does Accidental Death cover and what is the benefit amount?
Generally, the plan provides 24 hour accidental death insurance protection resulting in death of the insured against covered accidents anywhere in the world, on or off the job, on business - vacation – at home. We will pay a $100,000 accidental death benefit, if the cause of death is from a covered injury resulting, directly and independently of all other causes, from a covered accident while the policy and your coverage is in force. The loss of life must occur within 90 days of the covered accident. Please see the summary of coverage here for additional information.
Is coverage available for my dependents?
No. Coverage is only available for the primary insured subscriber only
What is not covered by Accidental Death Insurance?
A few brief examples of injuries or activities not covered by this Accidental Death plan are; suicide, self- inflicted injuries, committing a felony or an assault, participation in a riot or Terrorist Act, bungee jumping, parachuting, skydiving, parasailing, hang-gliding, war, flights (except commercial flights, private aircraft for pleasure flying, passenger in military aircraft flown by AMC), racing speeding contests, not properly licensed as an operator of a motor vehicle, sickness, disease, bodily or mental infirmity, bacterial or viral infection or medical or surgical treatment thereof, intoxication, voluntary ingestion of any narcotic, drug, poison, gas or fumes unless as prescribed by a Physician, active duty service in the military. The Group Master Policy will be the prevailing document for consideration of any payable benefit.
What expenses can Accidental Death proceeds cover?
It’s really up to you. While no amount can bring back a loved one who dies in an accident, proceeds can help reduce the financial burden. The money can be used towards burial and funeral costs, mortgage, rent, other living expenses, educational expenses, funding retirement, medical costs etc.
Can I be denied Accidental Death coverage?
If you are age 18 or older who has at least 30 full days of continuous subscription service, residing in a state where the benefit is offered and we have your basic insured information on file you are eligible for the accidental death benefit.
When will my coverage begin?
As soon as you successfully activate service with ROKiT, you are immediately covered.
Once enrolled, when does my Accidental Death coverage end?
The date you are no longer an active ROKiT subscriber for which payment is made. The date the ROKiT Accidental Death Master Policy should end. Whichever comes first.
How does my beneficiary receive the policy benefits if my death is caused by an accident?
The beneficiary or guardian of a minor beneficiary must contact the insurance company, Sirius America, by filing a claim at 800-359-7475, reference policy # ROK-SA-1000. A claim must be filed with the insurance company.
How do I designate a beneficiary to my policy?

1. Go to the ROK Launch Control app
2. Click on LOGIN TO ROK LAUNCH CONTROL
3. Enter your phone number and 4 Digit PIN
a) You will receive a text message with a PIN
b) Enter your PIN
4. Once you’re logged in, a menu of your benefits will display
5. Scroll down to find "YOUR BENEFICIARY"
6. Select “Edit Beneficiary"
7. Enter your Beneficiary’s information and select DONE
