If you are having issues making or receiving calls, please try the following steps:
- Reboot the device
- Step outdoors and move away from any closed environments such as tall buildings if possible
- If you have 2 SIMs in a device, please note that the SIM which is not used for mobile data will only run on 2G network. Please be sure that your network provider supports this, otherwise you will not be able to receive calls or texts until it is the mobile data SIM, even if mobile data is off
- Contact your network provider if problems persist
