How can I connect to a mobile network?

You should automatically connect to a mobile network. If you have any issues, please ensure that you have Airplane Mode switched off and try the steps below:

• Ensure that the SIM is enabled
  • Unlock your device > Settings > Dual SIM Settings > Standby settings and ensure that the SIM card(s) is checked then press OK
• Ensure that Data Connection is Enabled
  • Unlock your device > Settings > Dual SIM Settings > Data Connection Settings > Ensure that the SIM you want to be selected is highlighted
• Ensure that your APN settings are correct
  • Unlock your device > Settings > More... > Mobile networks > SIM 1 Mobile Network Settings > Access Point Names > select the name of your network operator or, add a new APN
• To add a new APN
  • Unlock your device > Settings > More... > Mobile networks > SIM 1 Mobile Network Settings > Access Point Names > select the plus icon (+) at the top and enter the applicable information provided by your carrier
