You should automatically connect to a mobile network. If you have any issues, please ensure that you have Airplane Mode switched off and try the steps below:
- Ensure that the SIM is enabled
- Unlock your device > Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > SIM Management and ensure that the SIM card(s) is checked then press OK
- Ensure that Data Connection is Enabled
- Unlock your device > Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > SIM Management > Data Connection > Ensure that the SIM you want to be selected is highlighted
- Ensure that your APN settings are correct
- Unlock your device > Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > SIM Management > APNs > select the name of your network operator or, if your operator is not visible, add a new APN
- To add a new APN
- Unlock your device > Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > SIM Management > APNs > Menu > New APN and enter the applicable information provided by your carrier.
Note: If you're still having issues with data, please contact your carrier provider for further assistance.
